Reservation Conditions

The minimum stay is 2 nights, with arrival possible on any day. Meals are not included.

Prices

Throughout the entire rental season, the price is €125 per night.
This price includes bed linen, towels, kitchen towels, WiFi, and final cleaning.

Excluding tourist tax: 3.5% of the total price of the stay.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date: free of charge.
The full amount will be refunded.

Cancellation between 30 days and 2 weeks before the arrival date: 50% of the total amount will be retained, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

Cancellation within 2 weeks before arrival: 100% of the total amount will be retained.

Arrival & Departure

We look forward to welcoming you to the Tiny Villa. Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, giving you time to settle in, unwind, and start enjoying the peaceful surroundings of the French countryside.

On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to check out before 11:00 AM. This allows us to carefully prepare the house for the next guests, just as thoughtfully as we prepared it for you.

If you have special travel arrangements or expect to arrive later in the evening, please feel free to let us know. We are always happy to think along with you and make your stay as comfortable and relaxed as possible.

Guest Policy

The Tiny Villa is exclusively intended for adult guests and is not suitable for young children or infants. 

In addition, we do not allow pets, including dogs.

Smoking is not allowed inside the Tiny Villa and at the pool area.

We truly appreciate your understanding, as this policy helps us maintain the calm and comfort that make the Tiny Villa such a special place to unwind.

At the Tiny Villa, we prefer a personal approach. To request a stay, please send us an email with your preferred dates and the number of guests. We will respond as soon as possible to confirm availability and provide further details.

Once your dates are confirmed, we will send you all necessary information to complete your reservation.
